    THE 2008 INDIANA STATE USBC BA DELEGATES MEETING

    The meeting will be held  at the The Marten House Hotel and Convention Center, Indianapolis. The entire function encompasses the weekend from Saturday, June 27th, through Sunday, June 29th.

    All Associations need to assure that the Association Manager has been notified of their appointed/elected Delegates prior to May 15th.

    Each Delegate that attends the meeting will be paid mileage, with the checks being provided after the Sunday meeting. This is the one chance each year that an association has input into the operations of the IS USBC BA, are able to voice opinions and participate in the Legislation. Be sure to attend and exercise your rights. Delegate packages were mailed to the Local Association Managers In April for distribution to the delegates.

   The IS USBC BA will be hosting a Golf Scramble in conjunction with the Annual Meeting for the benefit of the IS USBC BA Scholarship Programs. Click here for details and an entry blank.

    Saturday night the IS USBC BA Recognition Event will honor Presidents Paul Miller and Mike Kirkpatrick for their tenure and the Hall of Fame installation ceremony. 
    Time:  6:00 to 6:30 PM - Social Hour.
                6:30 PM - Dinner followed by the ceremonies.
    Cost Per Person:  $25.00  Paid by May 15th  -  Walk-ins  $30.00.

                          Call to Order
    12:00 PM  -  Planned break.  Coffee, sodas and Danish served.
    12:45 PM  -  Reconvene
      3:00 PM  -  Adjournment

ACCOMMODATIONS:

The Marten House Hotel and Convention Center has blocked rooms for the Annual Meeting weekend. When making reservations, be sure to tell them that you are with the "State Bowling Meeting":
